How do I make an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of bookings.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a charge equivalent to the booking session fee, or if you have booked with a voucher, the voucher status will become redeemed.

How many visits will I need?

The number of treatments will vary depending on the problem and individual. After a thorough assessment, I will discuss your treatment plan for the rehabilitation or treatment process.

Is there on-site parking?

There is adequate on road parking immediately outside the clinic. I recommend not parking in the driveway.

What do I need to bring?

If you haven't completed the online intake form you may need to provide details about current and/or past medical conditions.

Do you have credit card facilities?

Yes, Debit cards, Visa and Mastercard are all accepted and there is NO credit card surcharge.
